Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their Resumio.ai subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting support.
Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Users will continue to have access to paid features until the billing period expires.
Refund Policy
All subscription fees and one-time payments made to Resumio.ai are non-refundable once the service has been accessed or credits have been consumed.
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment due to a technical error
- Incorrect charge caused by system malfunction
- Refunds required under applicable consumer protection laws
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Credit Packs & Free Credits
Credit packs purchased by users are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Free credits provided at signup are promotional in nature and have no cash value.
Failed or Declined Payments
If a recurring payment fails or is declined, the subscription may enter a grace period. During this time, users may be asked to update their payment method.
If payment is not successfully completed within the grace period, the subscription may be downgraded to the free plan.

Chargebacks & Disputes
